This Site is a digital showcase of the artwork and NFT projects created by Shane Graff. It includes a biography, project vision, and links to external NFT marketplaces (such as OpenSea) where select works are available for purchase. No direct transactions currently occur on this Site.

All content on this Site, including artwork, images, text, design, branding, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Shane Graff or is used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without express written consent.

Ownership of an NFT does not grant ownership of the underlying artwork's intellectual property unless explicitly stated in the NFT terms.

We link to external NFT platforms (e.g., OpenSea) where our NFTs are listed. Any purchase or interaction with NFTs takes place on those third-party platforms and is governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of external services.

NFT ownership on the blockchain is public and immutable. You are solely responsible for managing your wallet, private keys, and any blockchain transactions.

This Site may offer the option to connect a crypto wallet in the future. If you choose to do so:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet and credentials.
• We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost assets.
• Any on-site interactions with your wallet will be secure and read-only unless clearly stated otherwise.

We may introduce direct purchase functionality via credit card or crypto in the future. Such features will be handled through secure third-party providers. When launched, they will include additional terms and privacy notices regarding payments, refunds, and security protocols.

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the Site
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to extract content

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Washington County, Utah.
